What you are buying

A perpetual, non-exclusive license to use Flyout on up to five Macs that you own or control. The license never expires: the version you have keeps working for as long as it runs on your system.

The license is personal. You may not resell, sublicense or share your key.

Updates

Your purchase includes every future update to the Flyout Mac app. There is no renewal fee, no subscription, and no card is kept on file.

Updates are delivered through the app’s built-in updater for as long as we publish them. If we ever release Flyout for another platform, such as iPhone or iPad, that would be a separate product with its own license.

Trial

Flyout runs unrestricted for 7 days before a license is required. The trial needs no account and no payment details.

Refunds and EU withdrawal right

We offer a 14-day refund, no questions asked. Write to hello@getflyout.app with the email you bought with.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Because the license key is delivered immediately, you consent to immediate delivery at checkout; we honour the 14-day refund regardless.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Where required, VAT or sales tax is calculated and shown by Stripe at checkout and remitted by us.

The launch price is an introductory price and ends on 30 September 2026, after which it rises to the list price. Licenses bought at the launch price are not downgraded when the price changes.

No warranty, limited liability

Flyout is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Your notes live on your Mac. Keep backups — Time Machine or any backup tool covers Flyout like any other app.
